Is productive capacity a key factor to reduce inequalities in South America?

چکیده

Economic inequality in South America decreased steadily since 2002. However, as the beginning of 2010s marked end commodities boom region, economic showed constant or even increasing rates some these countries. The decrease has often been related to impact macro changes, like commodity prices and institutional reinforcement, changes labor market. Therefore, proposedhyphotesis is that productive capacity improvement less educated played a key role reducing inequality. Productive takes into consideration three variables hard soft skills work, which are educational coverage, internet access life conditions. Results show that, addition demand forces, positively significantly reduction 2002–2011.
